Protesting farmers demanded to bring Bhartiya Kisan Union (Charuni) President Gurnam Singh Charuni and that their farm produce be bought at MSP only, informed Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Kapil Kumar and Deputy Superintendent of Police of Shahbad Randhir Singh who visited the farmers at the protest site on June 07.“...They are saying that Gurnam Singh Charuni be brought among them and their produce be procured at MSP...” informed SDM Kapil Kumar on June 07.SDM Kapil Kumar spoke with the farmers who are protesting in Shahbad, demanding Minimum Support Price (MSP) for sunflower seed.
