SRF shares drop 0.61% as Sensex falls

Shares of the SRF Ltd. traded at Rs 2516.85 on BSE at 11:49AM (IST) on Tuesday, down 0.61 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 2002.5 and a high of Rs 2864.35.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 34.51 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 72.95 per share and 7.73 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 5,860 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:49AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 74621.99 crore and is part of the Diversified industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , up 5.63 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 13.05 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 2545.0 and Rs 2512.05.

Promoters held 50.53 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2023. FII and MF ownership in SRF Ltd. stood at 18.51 per cent and 8.41 per cent, respectively.
