Reacting to the entry of CBI in the Balasore Triple Train Collision incident, Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on June 6 said that someone wants to put the blame on others and save oneself. “The Ministry of Railways says that the train accident occurred due to signal interlocking. It would have been better if a commission of inquiry would have been set up, which would have given its recommendation after talking to all the people on every aspect. It has come to the fore that the warning of interlocking failure was issued in February. It was given by a senior railway officer, but it was not taken care of. I think somebody wants to put the blame on others and save oneself,” said Digvijaya Singh.
