Balasore train accident: Operation is over, railway track is fully functional, says NDRF DG Atul Karwal

Director General of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Atul Karwal on June 06 said that the first team of NDRF reached the site of Balasore train accident within 1 hour and 15 minutes of the incident. He further added that the railway track have been made fully functional. “Our first team reached the Balasore accident site within 1 hour 15 minutes of the incident and then our 8 teams reached. (Odisha Disaster Rapid Action Force) ODRAF also did a great job. The operation is over and the railway track is also fully functional,” Atul Karwal told ANI.
