Growers busy with harvesting of perishable strawberry fruit crop in Kashmir

The harvesting process of mouth-watering and perishable fruit crop strawberries is in full swing at Gassu Batpora village in Kashmir. Growers are expecting a good turnover as the quality of crops is good compared to the quantity. So these days all growers including men, women, and children are very much busy harvesting strawberries. They started their harvesting process at the proper time due to normal temperature and timely rain. Growers are trying to complete the harvesting process of strawberries early in the morning and packing at noon time at their homes. They are sending their packed fruit every day to Parimpora Fruit Mandi Market and other markets in Kashmir. Locals and tourists are purchasing these strawberries from these markets, that has a good number of vitamins and scientific benefits.
