The woman found fatally shot in East Price Hill on Saturday has been identified.

Michelle Duncan, 43, was found shot in the 900 block of Enright Avenue just before 10 p.m., according to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office and police reports.

Jeremy Duncan, 42, has been charged with murder in her death. He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center without bond awaiting trial. He is scheduled to appear in court Monday morning.

Officials have not said what relationship Jeremy Duncan had with Michelle Duncan. Records from the court and coroner's office show they share an address in the 900 block of Enright Avenue.

Jeremy Duncan was accused of domestic violence in 2004, but the charges were dismissed. The alleged victim in that case was not Michelle Duncan.

The Cincinnati Police Department is still investigating the killing and is asking anyone with information to call 513-352-3542.
