Manipur violence: Centre forms 3-member probe panel headed by Justice Ajai Lamba

The Central government has formed a 3-member panel headed by former chief justice of the Gauhati High Court Justice Ajai Lamba. The probe panel has been asked to submit its report to the Centre in 6 months. It will probe the sequence of events leading to the violence and also identify lapses if any by the administration.
