Who are Southwest Ohio's state track and field champions in 2023?
The 2023 Ohio High School Athletic Association track and field championships took place at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium on the campus of Ohio State University. Here are the teams and athletes who will bring home state titles to their schools.

Division I
St. Xavier 4x800 relay
The St. Xavier 4x800 team won the first local Division I state championship with a time of 7:45.21, besting its regional championship time by 9.52 seconds. They won by a mere .59 second over the second-place team. Running the race were Evan Trapp, Jack Nesbit, Alexander Garay and A.J. Graf.
La Salle 4x100 relay
Koy Beasley finished strong for a Lancer state championship in the 4x100 relay, which also included B.J. Ross, Timiko Jackson and Tyrone Brown. They had a winning time of 41.42.
Division II
Waynesville girls 4x800 relay
The girls won the state championship in the 4x800 relay with a time of 9:17.62, dropping more than 20 seconds from their third-place regional finish of 9:40.61. Running the race were Maria Gill, Kendal Erbach, Sam Erbach and Emme Greely.
