Reds top prospect Elly De La Cruz has a fan in rapper Jack Harlow

While Cincinnati Reds fans anxiously await the debut of Elly De La Cruz, the club's top prospect has made a legion of fans for Triple-A affiliate Louisville. Among those fans is Louisville native, rapper Jack Harlow.

Saturday morning Harlow posted a video to his Instagram stories of him and some friends taking in a Louisville Bats game with De La Cruz at the plate. De La Cruz launched one of his 12 home runs this season at Louisville and Harlow and friends celebrated.

Harlow, who's newest album Jackman became his first to hit No. 1 on the Top Rap Albums Chart, is a fixture at Louisville sporting events including University of Louisville and Kentucky Derby functions. He also recently starred in the Hulu remake of "White Men Can't Jump."

Entering Sunday, De La Cruz is hitting .299 with 12 home runs, 36 RBI and 11 steals to go along with a .398 on-base percentage and a .636 slugging percentage for the Bats.
