Masked criminals looted Rs 10 lakh from the Bandhan Bank branch at Simra under Dumra police station in Sitamarhi district on Friday.
Four-five persons covering their faces with masks entered the bank as customers and took the employees hostage at gunpoint. The criminals snatched the money from the cash counter and fled flashing their weapons.
Sitamarhi SP Manoj Tiwari interrogated the bank staff and people there.
