Rescue teams continue to carry out restoration work at Odisha’s Balasore accident site on June 3. Cranes in large numbers removed the wreckage and mangled coaches of derailed trains from the tracks. Around a thousand people were also deployed to assist in the restoration work. “Around 1000 labours are working here. Cranes have been deployed are there are more to be deployed. We are trying to complete the restoration work as early as possible,” said Chief Public Relations Officer Aditya Kumar Chaudhary.
