PM Modi visits train accident site in Balasore, interacts with officials

PM Narendra Modi accompanied by Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw visited the Balasore train accident site and took stock of the situation. He interacted with officials and then left for a hospital to meet the injured. Till now over 260 people have been declared dead in the accident involving three trains - the Coromandel Express, the Yeshwantpur-Howrah Superfast and a goods train. Initial inquiry seems to indicate that a human error may have been responsible for the accident.
