Telangana: Man kills 52-yr-old dad for drinking, harassing family

HYDERABAD: A man killed his father as the latter was allegedly harassing his family in an inebriated condition.
Local police said that Chinna Mallaiah, 52, died after he was hit by a stone allegedly by his son Pavan. Mallaiah died on the spot at at Korutla. Mallaiah, who worked as labour in Gulf, returned to Korutla and was living with his family. He stopped working and used to pick a fight with his wife and others.
In a fit of anger, during a quarrel, Pavan killed his father when the latter was allegedly drunk. Police registered a case under section 302 (murder) of IPC.
