Odisha train mishap: NDRF IG briefs on operations, informs ‘9 NDRF teams on spot’

Briefing on the Odisha train mishap, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Inspector General Narendra Singh Bundela on June 03 in Delhi informed that 9 NDRF teams are currently present at the spot, meanwhile, the state government has declared 238 dead and more than 900 injured. “Operation is underway. The state government has declared 238 dead and more than 900 injured. There are 9 NDRF teams at the spot. The railways authorities are conducting an inquiry over the matter and will share details once it’s done,” Bundela said.
