Rhinegeist Brewery to host 10th birthday party, release 2 new beers 🍺

Rhinegeist is celebrating its 10th anniversary in style.

The brewery will host a Now and Ten anniversary party from 11 a.m. Saturday, June 17, to 1 a.m. Sunday, June 18, at 1910 Elm St. in Over-the-Rhine. The event is free and open to the public. According to a press release, it will feature commemorative Rookwood Pottery steins, a pop-up beer garden, a mean tweet hall of fame, a "juicy truths" booth and more.

Rhinegeist is also celebrating the 10th birthday of its flagship IPA, Truth.

“When we opened, we all knew that the success of Truth would determine the trajectory of the brewery,” said Rhinegeist co-founder Bryant Goulding in a statement. “Here we are ten years on, and Truth is still our number-one selling brand. Ten years is a big deal, and we wanted to do something special to celebrate this IPA that’s been such a special piece of Rhinegeist (and Cincinnati) history!”

Rhinegeist will release a limited-edition 10th anniversary 12-pack design to celebrate the IPA. It will be available wherever Rhinegeist products are sold, but prices may vary.

The brewery will also release two unique birthday brews: Now and Ten – a thiolized IPA with notes of passionfruit, mango and blueberry – and TENfinity and Beyond!, a fruited sour ale with four kinds of citrus, honey, pink peppercorns and yeast collected from a bee.

Now and Ten will be offered in limited quantities in 16-ounce cans and on draft. TENfinity and Beyond! will be available in the taproom.
