Actions were taken against graft under Raje: Dotasra

Jaipur: State Congress president Govind Singh Dotasra on Thursday indirectly hit back on Sachin Pilot’s allegations of not taking action against corruption during previous BJP government.
On the allegations of collusion and no action on the corruption of BJP in Rajasthan, Dotasra said that who says there was no investigation? Action was taken in the government on every case of corruption, no one can say that action was not taken, he said.
Dotasra was talking to the media at the state Congress headquarters. He said, who is saying that the previous BJP government was not corrupt and today Modi's government is not corrupt. We are shouting that Modiji's government is drowned in corruption. The previous government of Vasundhara Raje was mired in corruption, that's why the public had removed her, he said.
On the question of non-investigation of corruption cases of BJP rule, Dotasra claimed the investigation goes on. When cases come up, FIR is also lodged, and action is taken on all. How can one say that there was no action? Wherever corruption came to the fore, we have also taken action against IAS and IPS officers. In ACB, we have registered the maximum number of cases, he said.
“No one should have any doubt on the work of our government. There is no need for anyone to doubt. If anyone has any suggestions, he can give it. The government has adopted the policy of zero tolerance on corruption,” he said.
On Mayawati's tweet questioning the Gehlot government's decision to provide 100 units of free electricity and freebies, Dotasra said, “She gives even party tickets to only those who give envelopes. Mayawati saying that it should have been done five years back, she should have also spoken on ERCP as well.”
