KRISTIN YANTIS of Edwards, Colo., is no mixologist, but when the 51-year-old public relations consultant posted a photo to Facebook of an expertly coiffed strawberry lavender cocktail, she was greeted with awe, curiosity and offers to stop over for an impromptu soiree. One friend gushed, “I have been pondering one of these!”
