Kerala Train Fire Update: New blaze strikes same train linked to arson, intruder spotted carrying can

A fire erupted in the general coach of the parked Kannur-Alappuzha Executive Express (16306) train at Kannur Railway Station during the early hours of Thursday. The fire brigade swiftly responded to the scene, successfully extinguishing the flames by 2:20 am. To prevent further damage, authorities promptly detached the affected coach from the rest of the train. The train's departure was temporarily delayed due to the incident. CCTV footage captured an unidentified individual carrying a can entering the train before the fire broke out. An investigation is underway to apprehend the culprit responsible for the arson attack.
