Sub: Corrigendum to the Final Order in respect of Shri Kamaldeep Singh in the matter of M/S Mission Believe.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20230531-37 dated May 31, 2023, on the captioned matter.

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/AB/NRO/NRO/27027/2023-24 dated June 01, 2023, has inter-alia issued following directions:

·         In the Final Order, at serial no. 2 in the table given at page no. 1, the PAN of Shri Kamaldeep Singh (Noticee no. 2 in the Final Order), has been inadvertently mentioned as “BHKSPS0236E”, instead of “BKHPS0236E”.

·         Accordingly, PAN of Shri Kamaldeep Singh (Noticee no. 2 in the Final Order) as mentioned at serial no. 2, in the table given at page no. 1 of the Final Order shall be read as “BKHPS0236E”.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
