Accenture to acquire Brazilian sustainability consultancy Green Domus

- Accenture (NYSE:ACN) said Monday it intends to acquire Green Domus Desenvolvimento Sustentável, a Brazilian sustainability consultancy. Terms were not disclosed.
- Green Domus will join Accenture (ACN) to enhance its Sustainability Services team.
- Green Domus, which offers mitigation plans based on feasible reduction targets that can also cut clients' costs, will bring clients solutions to embed carbon data and insights into their decision-making.
- This marks Accenture's (ACN) latest sustainability-focused acquisition, following other acquisitions such as Avieco, Carbon Intelligence, Greenfish, akzente, and Zestgroup.
