“Opposition parties’ conspiracy to ruin historic day…” Yogeshwar Dutt after wrestlers’ protest turns ‘ugly’

Former Indian Wrestler and Olympian Yogeshwar Dutt has blamed the Opposition parties for making the agitating wrestler scapegoat in their protest of the new Parliament building. “Yesterday was a historic day for India as PM was inaugurating the new Parliament. The wrestlers chose this day to protest. I feel this was Opposition parties’ conspiracy to ruin the historic day. Opposition parties used the wrestlers as they were already against the new Parliament. Opposition placed the gun on wrestlers’ shoulders to tarnish the image of the country,” he said on May 29.
