Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Camac Commercial Company Ltd.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20230328-61 dated March 28, 2023, on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated April 26, 2023, had inter-alia stated that, that the effect and operation of the impugned orders shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal subject to the appellants depositing 25% of the penalty amount by way of cash or Bank guarantee within four weeks from today.

Now SEBI vide its letter - ID-1/SC/RKM/OW/P/21895/1/2023 dated May 29, 2023, has inter-alia stated that, entities have deposited 25% of the penalty amount in the matter of Camac Commercial Company Ltd. In view of the above, you are advised to implement the SAT directions as mentioned above.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
