Revamp for basketball courts in Tau Devi Lal Stadium soon

Gurgaon: Two projects — developing basketball courts of international standards in Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Sector 38, and desilting work of the drainage network — were approved at the 61st Core Planning Cell Meeting of GMDA headed by CEO PC Meena on Tuesday.
The estimated cost of the project, developing two outdoor courts and one indoor court, is Rs 2.3 crore. PC Meena directed the officials to ensure amenities like dressing rooms, toilets, flood lights, and modular deck bleachers.
“To boost the sports culture in the city, GMDA will develop and upgrade the basketball courts,” said Meena. TNN
