    Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday reviewed the progress on the key priorities for India during its G20 presidency, including resolution of the debt distress faced by developing countries, reform of multilateral development banks and a global framework for digital currency.

    The review was undertaken in the run-up to the G20 Finance Ministers & Central Bank Governors Meeting scheduled on July 17-18 in Gandhinagar.

    "During the review, FM Smt. @nsitharaman was apprised progress of #G20 deliverables on the macroeconomic impact of food & #EnergyInsecurity #MDBReforms, #DebtVulnerabilities #CBDCs(central Bank Digital Currencies) #financing #CitiesofTomorrow, among others," a tweet from finance ministry said.
