Probe against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh: Delhi Police submits status report in court

The Delhi Police has submitted the status report in the probe against former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in court. However, there was no word on what the status report contains. The petitioners for the protesting wrestlers says that the court has ordered that the status report be shared with the petitioners. It may be recalled that some top wrestlers have been protesting at Jantar Mantar calling for arrest of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh over alleged molestation and sexual harassment charges. However, Singh has rejected all charges and said that the protests have been stirred because of the changes he brought about in the functioning of the WFI for giving more chances to newcomers.
