Indiana Abortion Doctor Fined for Violating Privacy of 10-Year-Old Patient

An Indiana medical board late Thursday disciplined a doctor who spoke to a journalist about an abortion she performed on a 10-year-old Ohio rape victim, a case that grabbed national attention in the early days after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
