HC cancels bail of 2 murder accused

Jaipur: The high court on Thursday cancelled the bail application of Deepak Kumar and Divyansh Bhati, accused of murdering an old couple for robbery on June 28, 2021, in Alwar Gate area of Ajmer. Madan Singh and Maina Devi were murdered with their hands and feet tied. The ADJ court Ajmer had granted them bail on January 3, 2022. Dinesh Chauhan, son of the killed couple, filed a petition for cancellation of bail. Advocates AK Jain and Aditya Jain representing the petitioner argued that in such heinous crimes like murder, the bail granted to the accused by the suborndinate court was unfair. TNN
