CHENNAI: While many political parties in Tamil Nadu have decided to boycott the inauguration function of the new parliament building, PMK president
Anbumani Ramadoss on Friday said the party would participate in it.
Anbumani tweeted, "Considering the historical importance, the PMK will participate in the inauguration function of the new parliament building."
As President Droupadi Murmu was not invited to inaugurate the new parliament building, opposition parties issued a joint statement to boycott the inauguration function to be held on May 28.
