UP CM Yogi inaugurates new Civil Enclave of Kanpur Airport, hails PM Modi for development in city

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the new Civil Enclave of Kanpur Airport on May 26. Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Minister of State for Civil Aviation General VK Singh also attended the ceremony. People gathered in large numbers to witness the inaugural ceremony of the new civil terminal. During the event, CM Yogi also delivered a speech to the people. He said PM Modi has tried to bring back the pride of Kanpur.Addressing the people, he said, “There were different perceptions about Kanpur prior to 2017. On one hand, the industries were getting shut down, on the other, people blamed Kanpur for the pollution of the River Ganga. PM Modi has tried his best to bring back the pride of Kanpur, by making it a defence corridor. There are many defence production industries ready to be set up in Kanpur. We will certainly bring back the pride of Kanpur. The initiation of a new era has been started with the inauguration of the civil terminal.”
