    Shares of Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd. traded 1.44 per cent up at Rs 7030.95 at around 01:38PM (IST) on Friday. The stock had closed at Rs 6931.1 in the previous session. Equity benchmark Sensex traded 420.92 points higher at 62293.54 around the same time.


    The scrip has climbed 43.34 per cent in the last one year till date, while the 30-share index has gained 15.24 per cent during the same period.

    The stock's 52-week high price stood at Rs 7377.6 and the 52-week low price at Rs 4299.8.

    Trading volume on the counter stood at 1,547 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 16.11, an EPS value of 435.83 and a price-to-book value of 1.3. In the Nifty50 pack, 43 stocks traded in the green, while 6 stocks were in the red.

    Promoter/FII Holding
    Promoters held 51.46 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2023, while FII and MF ownership stood at 12.34 per cent and 3.68 per cent, respectively.

    For the quarter ended 31-Mar-2023, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 106.09 crore, down 8.57 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 116.03 crore and down 0.7 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 105.35 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs 1352.75 crore for the latest quarter.
