Sub: Order in respect of Investocare Financial Research Prop – Mr. Ravish Kandhari and Mr. Ramesh Babu.

SEBI vide its order no. QJA/AA/WRO/WRO/26660/2023-24 dated May 25, 2023, has inter-alia issued following directions:

• The Noticee Nos. 1 and 2 viz. Investocare Financial Research and its proprietor - Mr. Ravish Kandhari are debarred from accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly and are prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of one (1) year from the date of this order.

• With respect to Noticee No. 3 i.e. Mr. Ramesh Babu, he is debarred from accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly and is prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of two (2) years from the date of this order or till the expiry of two (2) years from the date of completion of refunds to complainants/ investors along with depositing of balance amounts, if any, with SEBI, as directed in paras 34.1 and 34.6 above, whichever is later.

This Order is effective from the date of the order.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
