Share price of PI Industries rises as Nifty weakens

Shares of PI Industries Ltd. gained 0.79 per cent to Rs 3448.05 in Thursday's trade as of 10:46AM (IST).

The stock hit a high price of Rs 3467.9 and low of Rs 3424.05 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 17.07 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 10:46AM shares and turnover at Rs 1.11 crore around that time.

The stock of PI Industries Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 3698.5 and Rs 2443.9, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 0.56.

Promotor/FII Holding
Promoters held 46.09 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2023, while foreign investors held 18.59 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 24.06 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1615.1 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2023, down 2.9 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 1663.4 crore and down 14.13 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 1415.2 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 280.6 crore, up 37.28 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
