Shocking: Man runs car over 2-year-old girl sleeping in parking lot, victim dies on spot

A man who entered the parking lot in his car failed to notice that a two-year-old girl was sleeping on the floor and he crushed the girl under the car. The girl died on the spot. A labourer who had come to the building to work had placed her 2-year-old girl on the floor. The car belongs to an Excise department sub-inspector and it was being driven by her husband.
