“The traditional way of buying groceries in India has always been through kirana stores. Pandemic has led to a sea change in all our lives and people started turning to e-commerce for their grocery and daily needs,” he says. “While life has probably come back to normal post pandemic, this is one change in habit that customers have adopted during the pandemic which has not gone off,” he adds.
