Nigerian held for duping woman

Nagpur: A 43-year-old Nigerian, identified as Emeka Paulinus Usenze, was arrested from his residence at Om Nagar in Delhi by the cyber police team from the city for allegedly duping a woman to the tune of ₹2.24 lakh on the pretext of sending expensive gifts.
Usenze had claimed he had sent a gift from abroad and later started asking her to pay for the custom duties and taxes. The Nigerian, whose visa has already expired in 2018, used his racket to make calls to the victim claiming to be from different government agencies. tnn
