SPAC FG Merger extends deadline for iCoreConnect closing

SPAC FG Merger Corp. (NASDAQ:FGMC) has extended its deadline for completing a merger with workflow software company iCoreConnect (OTCQB:ICCT) from June 1 to Sept. 1.
FGMC and iCoreConnect announced the merger deal In January. The deal estimated the pro forma enterprise value of the company at $98M.
As part of the merger, iCoreConnect will also be uplisting its shares to Nasdaq. ICoreConnect shares currently trade OTC under the symbol ICCT.
Based in Florida, iCoreConnect is a provider of subscription-based workflow software for the dental and medical sectors.
