20 Microns(up 6.10%), Lexus Granito(up 4.85%), Ashapura Minechem(up 1.82%), Pokarna(up 1.43%), Oriental Trimex(up 1.39%), Madhav Marbles and Granites(up 0.98%), MOIL(up 0.47%), KIOCL(up 0.47%), Coal India(up 0.33%) and Gujarat Mineral Dvpt Corporation(up 0.27%) were among the top gainers.
Orissa Minerals Development Company(down 0.10%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 40.05 points up at 18388.05, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 155.89 points at 62137.68 at around 11:27AM.
HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 1.48%), Power Grid Corporation of India(up 1.15%), Maruti Suzuki(up 1.13%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 1.09%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(up 1.02%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprises(up 0.95%), Titan Company Ltd(up 0.95%), Hero MotoCorp(up 0.91%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(up 0.86%) and Bajaj Finance(up 0.86%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
