Jaipur: Police on Tuesday arrested a 28-year-old man for firing inside a coaching centre in Sanganer during a scuffle in which a youth sustained injuries. DCP (East) Gyan Chan Yadav identified the accused as Sohan Lal Banjara.
“The firing occurred on May 15 when there was a fight between the centre’s owner and a courier boy. Both of them called their aides to help. During the scuffle, the coaching centre’s owner called Banjara,” Yadav said, adding that Banjara fired at the courier boy’s friend, Lokesh. “The coaching centre owner Prem Singh Dhakad also ran an online clothing business. He had some dispute with Hem Singh, who delivers online items,” Yadav said.
Cops recover 131 lost phones, return to owners: As many as 131 mobile phones which went missing from SMS hospital premises were returned to their owners Tuesday. SHO (SMS police station) Navratan Dholia said that often people forget their mobile phones in the hospital during medical emergencies.
