Kanpur: Kritika Mishra of Kanpur has done state and country proud by cracking the prestigious Civil Services Exam 2022. Kritika got 66th AIR. She is on cloud nine and soon after the declaration of the result, she got busy with congratulatory messages that started pouring in.
Kritika scored first rank among Hindi medium aspirants. Her overall AIR is 66. Kritika while talking to TOI said, “I was confident of my success. This was my second attempt. In my first attempt I had reached upto interview stage but could not make it through. In Civil Services Exam 2022, I worked harder than the previous time and this brought result was in my favour. I appeared in the exam via Hindi Medium.”
She further said, “This success would not have been possible without the guidance and motivation of my parents and my school principal Dr Angad Singh.” She said that she was always good in academics and had scored 92 and 93 percent in class X and XII respectively.
When asked what tips she would give to the students aspiring for UPSC Civil Services Exam, Kritika said that hardwork and perseverance are a must to achieve success. Kritika was a student of BNSD Siksha Niketan. She passed out in the year 2014 and thereafter did her graduation and post-graduation. It was in the year 2020 when she started preparing for UPSC Civil Services Exam for the first time. Kritika said when she could not clear the exam she took in year 2021 she was not disheartened. She remained motivated, prepared well again, focussed only on this exam and all this brought her the result as per her expectation.
She said that her father Mr Diwaker Mishra is a lecturer in BNSD Shiksha Niketan and her mother Mrs Sushma Mishra is employed with LIC.
