As Congress and 18 other opposition parties have decided to boycott the inauguration of the new Parliament Building, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi said that the Opposition is making an issue out of a ‘non-issue’. “I would like to tell them that this is a historical event. This is not the time of politics. Boycotting and making issues out of a non-issue is most unfortunate. I appeal to them to reconsider their decision and join this historical function,” he said.
