“BJP promised to double the income of farmers but did nothing”: Bhupesh Baghel

Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Bhupesh Baghel held a press conference in Raipur, Chhattisgarh on May 22 where he purportedly criticised the Centre for not providing economic assistance by doubling the income of the farmers. “The OBC community mostly does farming and used to say that they will double the income of the farmers, but what happened? Are you demanding a caste census? We are talking about 27% reservation in Chhattisgarh, did BJP support it? Not done,” said Bhupesh Baghel.
