PM Modi degree case: Court orders fresh summon to Arvind Kejriwal, Sanjay Singh, next hearing on June 7

Amit Nayak, the counsel of the petitioner in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s degree case, said Court has ordered fresh summons, along with complaint copies, after there was not so much clarity in the previous summons.“On April 15, the Court asked both accused Arvind Kejriwal and Sanjay Singh to be present before the court. Today was fixed as the date of the hearing. But it seems there was not much clarity in the summons, so the judge has ordered fresh summons, along with complaint copies, which will be issued to both accused. The next date of hearing is June 7,” said advocate Amit Nayak, the counsel of the petitioner.
