Punjab bags 507 industrial projects in first three months of 2023: Minister Anmol Gagan Maan

Chandigarh, May 23 (KNN) Minister for investment promotion, Anmol Gagan Maan, revealed on Monday that Punjab has achieved a remarkable feat by attracting 507 industrial projects within the first three months of this year.

Mann highlighted that out of these projects, 318 are categorized under the manufacturing sector, 139 are attributed to the services sector, and the remaining 50 are linked to the real estate sector. “The robust growth in investments reflect the state’s strong potential and attractiveness for businesses,” she said.

The Minister added that the streamlined process for granting regulatory clearances through the single window system ‘Invest Punjab Business First Portal’ positions the state as a promising investment destination.
