​Study finds managers impact mental health same as spouse​

The Workforce Institute at UKG surveyed 3,400 people across 10 countries

The findings are published in a report titled, Mental Health at Work: Managers and Money.

69% of people said their managers had the greatest impact on their mental health which is more than doctors and therapists and almost equal to spouses.
