Man dies after bus rams bike

Mandya: A 55-year-old man died on the spot, after the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a KSRTC bus near the APMC, here on Sunday. The deceased is Boregowda, a resident of Kallahalli. The incident occurred while Boregowda, who worked at the APMC, was crossing the main road to enter a petrol bunk, when a KSRTC bus coming from the opposite direction rammed the motorcycle. As a result of the accident, vehicular movement on the Mysuru-Bengaluru road was disrupted for a while, before the traffic police arrived. Mandya traffic police have registered a case. TNN
