Graphic Cards Sapphire Rx 570 GPU Fans suddenly stopped spinning and LED logo lights stopped working too.

So today all of a sudden my GPU's logo lights suddenly stopped glowing and the fans stopped spinning. There are two fans and when i turn on the system one of them rotates for like a millisecond or two and then stops. Previously the GPU fan's would start spinning whenever temps were above 50 c but now even when temps hit 86 c the fans still don't run

To make sure that it's not just idling i ran furmark and GTA V at ultra settings and even then the fans still didn't turn on. I even tried a custom fan curve in MSI Afterburner and nothing happened.

Searching up on YouTube, i saw that you had to disable Zero RPM in AMD Adrenaline and that didn't work either.
PSU is Seasonic S12II 620w, GPU is Sapphire Rx 570 Nitro Plus Edition


any idea what could be the problem, don't know what other information i should provide.

because looks like the gpu is good but something is definitely upbwith fans and leds.

i can screw and unscrew stuff and maybe watch from youtube and do something, not more than that.
