Constitutionally incorrect to exclude President in taking major decisions about Parliament: Anand Sharma

While addressing a Press Conference on May 22 in Delhi, Congress MP Anand Sharma attacked Centre after Prime Minister Modi took stock of newly built Parliament in the National Capital. He said that it is constitutionally incorrect to exclude President in major decisions related to Parliament. He said, “It is not constitutionally correct to take major decision about the Parliament excluding the President from the decision-making from the foundation stone laying, now for the inauguration.”
