Police recover 383kg doda post from luxury vehicle, 2 held

Jaisalmer: RGT police station in Barmer district on Thursday evening recovered 383 kg of doda post from a luxury vehicle without registration number and arrested two persons. The value of the narcotics is valued at Rs 15 lakh.
SP Digand Anand set that the RGT police on information from an informer raided Andonio Ki Beri, Ranasar Khurd and recovered Doda post from a vehicle without number plate. Two persons standing near the vehicle started to flee but were caught. The two identified themselves as Manohar Lal Vishnoi and Jagdish Vishnoi.
On searching the vehicle 383 kg of doda posts in 22 gunny bags were recovered. The police arrested both the persons and seized the vehicle and registered a case under NDPS act. Further investigation is on.
