Mysuru:
BJP city chief TS Srivathsa, who is newly elected to the assembly from Krishnaraja segment, on Friday said he will set up complaint boxes in front of the houses of all 265 booth chiefs for people to reach out to him.
The exercise will be completed in three months, he said, during a meeting to thank the voters and party activists.
Srivathsa said that the garbage problem in Vidyaranyapuram and JP Nagar will be addressed shortly as the Bommai government has approved a project to clear garbage dumped at the Sewage Farm in Vidyaranyapuram.
The city civic body will soon remove the garbage, Srivathsa said.
He said he has discussed with public works department officials about asphalting of damaged roads in his constituency.
Srivathsa said that people from all walks of life supported his candidature during the elections by voluntarily providing money for his election expenditures.
