In continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20230515-46 dated May 15, 2023 regarding shifting of scrip to “X” group, Trading Members of the Exchange may note that the following scrip will not be transferred from “XT” group to “X” group w.e.f from May 22, 2023 as Company is undergoing Reduction of Capital as approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad  Bench: -

 All other provisions of the Exchange Notice No. 20230515-46 dated May 15, 2023 remains unchanged.
